Questions and answers
Is it really free?+
Yes. Search, AI scoring, the inbox and email alerts are free, and you don't need a card. If you also want help answering tenders, you can try every feature for 14 days. The trial needs a card, and you can cancel before it ends without paying.
Which tenders do I get alerts for?+
Tenders from Doffin and TED that match the description of what you deliver. Doffin has every public tender in Norway above the national threshold of NOK 1.3 million, and TED has the large tenders across the EEA.
How is this different from a normal search?+
A normal search only matches the words you type. Bidbuddy reads the whole notice and judges whether it fits what you deliver, so you also see tenders that use different words than you would have searched for.
Do I need Mercell to submit a bid?+
No. The tender documents must be freely available. To submit, you usually create a free account in the portal the buyer uses.
How do I stop the alerts?+
Turn them off in your settings, or unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of the email.
